No real estate photography experience required. Training starts with the TREM419 shooting process.

Build your kit

Your own camera is a strong advantage. Selected temporary gear support may be considered individually.

From Genoa and Woodville through Elmore, Oak Harbor and Fremont, we’re looking for a photographer who can build a dependable regional routine. Find the light, frame the rooms and give each property a polished first impression. TREM419 provides the shooting process and training; you bring care, reliability and the drive to develop your craft.

A workable region, built around you.

The area stretches from Genoa and Woodville toward Oak Harbor and Fremont. The useful starting point is a home base that makes the whole cluster manageable, rather than a requirement to live inside Fremont. We’ll discuss actual addresses, your available days and practical travel limits before agreeing coverage.

We’re building toward one primary photographer who can get to know this region’s agents and properties. Coverage is refined around actual travel, availability and client demand. The opportunity does not include an exclusive territory or a guaranteed number of shoots.

On a shoot

  • Photograph homes and properties within your agreed coverage area.
  • Capture HDR brackets, clear room views and selected details using TREM419’s process.
  • Communicate professionally with agents and homeowners and respect occupied spaces.
  • Prepare for access requirements and hand off organized files by the agreed deadline.

How the work comes together here

A shoot may involve an inviting village home, a property with a detached building or a larger outdoor setting. Show the main rooms clearly, make the entrance easy to understand and flag any additional spaces that need agreed coverage before arrival.

If you’re based near Elmore or Woodville, tell us how you would cover both the Genoa side and the Fremont side of the region. If you’re based elsewhere in the cluster, explain the area you can serve consistently.

What you bring

  • Dependability, reliable transportation and a realistic travel area.
  • An eye for composition and the willingness to learn our quality standards.
  • Clear communication about your home base, available days and practical limits.
  • Care for the people, homes and personal belongings you work around.

Build your kit. We’ll teach the process.

No real estate photography experience is required. We’ll train you from the ground up in our shooting process, HDR bracketing, file preparation and working with agents and homeowners.

Having your own camera is a strong advantage. We’re looking for photographers who will build and maintain their own working kit: a camera capable of capturing 3–5 bracketed exposures per composition for HDR, plus a wide-angle lens around 13–15mm full-frame equivalent.

For the right person with a plan to invest in their own kit, we may consider a temporary loan of selected camera equipment or access to other tools. Any arrangement depends on availability and is agreed individually, with the goal of helping you get started while you purchase your own equipment.

Availability and working arrangements

Share the days and times you can reliably cover appointments. Pay, travel expectations, assignment scope and working arrangements are discussed before you accept work. Scheduling depends on client demand and agreed availability.

Tell us where you fit.
